A Latin GRAMMY winner for Best Children's Album, Mister G has been called a “kid-friendly bilingual rock star” by The Washington Post. A three-time Parents' Choice Gold Award Winner, Mister G was named one of the "Best Live Acts for Kids and Families” for his highly engaging, interactive concerts. Mister G headlines major venues nationwide including Central Park SummerStage (NYC), National Theatre (Washington, DC), Getty Museum (LA), Austin City Limits and JazzFest (New Orleans). He also has a Master of Education, and leads artist residencies, workshops, and trainings in schools throughout the US and Latin America.
This summer Mister G will be releasing Mundo Verde /Green World, a bilingual, environmentally-themed album featuring collaborations with leading figures in the Latin music world. He recently signed a multi-book deal with Penguin Random House, and his first illustrated children's book, Señorita Mariposa, will be published worldwide in 2018.
